Welcome to the "Eaux Vives" house



Treat yourself to a stay in this lovely fully renovated house on the island of Noirmoutier, in the heart of the typical village of Vieil. It welcomes you in a warm setting and can accommodate up to four people, ideal for family holidays.

Perfectly located 200 metres from the Mardi Gras beach, you can enjoy the sea at any time of the day: fishing, swimming, sailing, relaxation...

Between two swims, relax in the charming garden, equipped with small loungers for your moments of rest. To fully enjoy the beautiful days, you can share your meals outdoors thanks to its outdoor table and barbecue.



On the ground floor:

You will have a living room equipped with a sofa, a television and direct access to the garden. Right next to it is the dining table, perfect for friendly meals, as well as the separate kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and filter coffee maker). Separate toilets complete this level.



Upstairs:

You will find two rooms with wardrobes: one with a Queen Size bed (160x200), the other with two single beds (90x200) that can be brought together if needed. A bathroom with an Italian shower and WC.



For more comfort, you will also have at your disposal in the outbuilding located in the garden a washing machine, a travel cot, a high chair and a baby bath. In terms of parking, a space is reserved for you in the courtyard in front of the house.
