Enjoy this beautiful Hoomy house 700 metres from the Dames beach, in the North of the Noirmoutier island. With siblings or friends, you will like it. The ground floor is new and modern, while the upstairs is in a vintage style. Everyone has their living space and can enjoy a quieter moment to rest, read, watch television... Fully equipped, the kitchen is open to the living area: fridge, freezer, dishwasher... The house also has a washing machine for long stays. Each room has a washbasin, making it easier to organise in the two shower rooms. There are four spacious bedrooms. The master suite is on the ground floor and the three other bedrooms are upstairs. The garden is large, very quiet and sheltered from view.

Occasionally, our concierge will explain that this house was once used to grow potatoes.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge.



In Noirmoutier, the local sport is shore fishing, so equip yourself with a rake and a shellfish hook to explore this more confidential part of the island. The Lutins beach is only frequented by regulars. Between rocky areas and small soft sandy coves, walk and continuing southwards, reach the large Luzéronde beach. To move around the island, we recommend cycling. From L'Herbaudière, you are just a few minutes from Le Vieil, Noirmoutier-en-l'île and the must-see Bois de la Chaize Beach and its famous sailing club. Take a photo in front of the traditional wooden beach huts... And carefully calculate your arrival time to discover the Island by arriving via the Gois, it's a magical moment!

Maison idéalement située sur l’île, près des plages, des activités et proche des commerces. Les pièces ont paru plus petites que sur les photos Jardin ombragé, quelques jeux (boules, table de ping ping-pong…) auraient été appréciés.

Une maison pleine de charme et où rien ne manque. Elle est cependant en lisière d un sentier très fréquenté par les touristes à pied, en vélos voire en voiture....

environnement et maison excellents

Nous avons trouvé la maison très belle, propre et bien équipée. Bel environnement dans le bois de la Chaize permettant balades dans le bois et accès aux plages à pied. Seul bémol : aller plusieurs fois et à la fin du séjour porter les poubelles à la plage des Dames...
