Enter and you will discover the large living space. On one side, a living room with its sofa and comfortable armchairs invites you to sit and chat or gather around an aperitif. On the other side, a long table awaits you to share delicious meals.



Cross the glass bay of the dining room and you will discover a magnificent 75m2 terrace with its large table and outdoor kitchen with plancha. Perfect for an outdoor meal, with good summer barbecues to share with family or friends.



Then, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen with: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, espresso coffee maker (Philips with beans), toaster, kettle and all the utensils you may need. It is a spacious kitchen where you can cook dishes for yourself and your loved ones.



At night, the ground floor also features a beautiful master bedroom with a large King Size bed (180x200), its adjoining bathroom with a hairdryer and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, you can also rest in one of the 2 other bedrooms in the house. Both have a Queen Size bed (160x200). A bathroom with WC completes this floor.
