Location is unbeatable

Really excellent location, right by the cycle path that takes you - in less than 10 minutes by bike - to the town centre, or to the wonderful beaches of Bois de la Chaise. The large west-facing garden with its paved terrace has uninterrupted views of the salt marshes, and glorious sunsets silhouetting the chateau. This is a traditional French rental house, well-equipped but unflashy, with everything you need from oyster knife to salad spinner, and while the kitchen and bathroom are a little small, everything works properly. There is also a garage for your bikes, and a glazed sun room offering a warm and bright place to sit in the unlikely(!) event of bad weather. Communications with the owner were clear and efficient. Free car parking in front of the house. We’d stay here again, and recommend it.

Un endroit calme et paisible pour se reposer et recharger les piles. L'accÚs à pied ou en vélo au centre de ville et à la plage permet de ne pas utiliser la voiture pendant le séjour.

Nous avons passĂ©s un excellent sĂ©jour Ă  Noirmoutier ,votre maison est idĂ©alement situĂ©e dans un lotissement tranquille avec vue privilĂ©giĂ©e sur les marais et au loin l'Ă©glise et chĂąteau de Noirmoutier qui sont visibles de votre terrain avec un joli couchĂ© de soleil Ă  contempler en prime . Nous avons beaucoup randonnĂ©s Ă  pied au dĂ©part de votre maison sans avoir Ă  prendre la voiture, c'est apprĂ©ciable .Belles plages Ă  proximitĂ© ,le centre n'est pas loin non plus par le chemin au travers les marais. Maison correctement Ă©quipĂ©e ,couchage correcte ,manque un presse agrume pour les jus d'orange peut ĂȘtre et ce sera parfait pour nous . Nous recommandons votre maison sans rĂ©serve. Merci Ă  vous

Quand nous venons Ă  Noirmoutier nous louons dans ce quartier qui est juste parfait. TrĂšs au calme et trĂšs joli point de vue. Le jardin mĂ©riterait un entretien rĂ©gulier. Cependant ce logement ne peut pas convenir Ă  des personnes avec des difficultĂ©s physiques. Les lits sont trĂšs inconfortables et on ne peut pas se remettre dans le canapĂ© ou sur les chaises de salle Ă  manger qui sont en fait des chaises de jardin. La salle de bain trĂšs Ă©troite reste inaccessible pour certaines personnes. J’ai failli venir avec ma mĂšre octogĂ©naire et j’ai bien fait de me raviser. Si l’on revoit la salle d’eau et les literies ce sera parfait.

Agréable séjour au calme

Belle propriété, convient trÚs bien pour une famille avec enfants, proximité des plages, du centre ville avec une belle zone piétonne et de nombreux commerces, les amateurs de marchés seront trÚs bien servis. De nombreuses restaurations, pùtisseries et bars viennent compléter tous les services mis à disposition des vacanciers. Nous reviendrons et recommandons cette location.

Agreable maison au calme

Nous aimons cette maison pour sa vue et son jardin. La chambre a deux lits est un peu sombre a cause de sa disposition,petite fenetre donnant sur une veranda, la douche est un peu exigue, mais a part ca l environnement est parfait. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

maison idealement situee et au calme

tout d'abord nous avons bénéficié d'un temps idéal . Cette maison qui est située à 10 mn à pied du centre de Noirmoutier par un petit chemin et à la meme distance de la plage des sableaux nous a permis de tout faire à pied ce qui est trÚs agréable pour les citadins que nous sommes. L'endroit est trÚs calme et bucolique. La maison est bien équipée rien à dire. Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis par une amie des propriétaires , charmante et sympathique.

La maison est trĂšs bien placĂ©e, proche mer et village. Au calme car au fond d’une impasse, trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. On peut tout faire Ă  pied ou Ă  vĂ©lo sans avoir Ă  prendre la voiture. Le matĂ©riel est un peu vĂ©tuste et nĂ©cessiterait d’ĂȘtre renouvelĂ©. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour.
