This was a beautiful clean home with comfortable beds and open concept. The pool table, ping pong table, and foosball were great additions. We were close to stores and beaches which made the location fantastic. We felt we paid for use of the pool and hot tub but had to contact the host for them to turn on the heater. It was an inconvenience as it takes time for it to warm up and twice when we told them they could turn it off we still found it running the next morning. Also, you can tell this is just a rental property and not a home. There were no beach chairs so we bought beach mats and ended up leaving them there for the next renters. We would have liked to have more kitchen items such as pitchers and blenders to make drinks in. Overall, a nice place but there are improvements that could be made.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home near Venice, Florida! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation.The indoor pool was the highlight of our stay—perfect for enjoying a swim any time of day, regardless of the weather. It made the home feel like a private resort and was a huge hit with everyone in our group.The location was ideal: quiet and peaceful, yet close to Venice beaches, great restaurants, and local attractions. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed, and it was clear the owners take great pride in maintaining the property.If you’re looking for a relaxing, upscale getaway with a unique indoor pool experience, this home is an absolute gem. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Venice area!

Indoor pool & hot tub was great, though a snake did visit the pool for a swim. Kids loved it, none the less. Amenities were nice & comfortable. Cleaning & maintenance teams need better training & supervision, as various issues with HVAC, ice maker, water leaks, worn/damaged outside furniture, unmowed lawn, and a load of underwear still in the washer were not addressed.

Golf Trip

We enjoyed the amenities. The pool.area is a great area to gather. The AC was not work and the ice maker was not working. The manager tried to get the ac fixed but could not while we were still there It was hot and very hard to sleep. I asked for a token credit and that is when the Communications stopped. " I will try" was the last I heard.

Great house neighborhood and location

Communication with the owner was instantaneous through the week, the house is basically all new, the pool and hot tub isn’t; so you had to message the owner to have them turn the spa tub on/off. I wish there was a switch on the property for that. There is also another residence or rental property attached to it which was a surprise that reduced the perceived privacy of the property. Overall we would stay here again just because the owner was so great at his communication, if we needed anything, he was very prompt.

Great place to stay!!

Loved this house! Close to everything, beautiful home and extremely clean. The owner was very accessible and responded quickly. Definitely wii of would stay here. Indoor pool and waterfall feature was great but the hot tub was even better. Open concept with lots of beds.

Great house, comfy beds, neighborhood is nice, plenty of space for family to spread out. New appliances. Plenty of parking and nice yard space. Enjoyed the hot tub. Pool was a bit cold, would be the only complaint. Pool area could be cleaned up a bit or updated. Good communication with property manager/owner. Close to Nokomis beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Our family enjoyed the stay!
