Everything was not great. Very unorganized and the all inclusive did not include everything in fact it was limited. I will never recommend this hotel, nor would we ever go back!!!

I love this place! And we will keep coming back. The staff makes you feel at home. But some updating of things like beach chairs would be cool. The food is also delicious! I wish I could stay forever

Our family encountered an unprecedented situation when our flights got grounded and needed a place to stay. The hotel made sure we had a place to stay and we felt safe and valued. The location is amazing. You can’t beat the ocean right there as well as an outdoor shopping plaza 2 minutes away. Our favorite place!!

This is more like a 3* hotel:old rooms, medium service, hotel repairs until 10pm etc. Bryan from the beach bar said i can order only 2 drinks at once, i have to walk away and then come back for another 2 drinks. What? We are a family of 4 (2adults, 2 kids) on all inclusive. After 3 days of stay the rules have changed?Your management needs to gets it together.

Staff was very friendly. Willie waited on us at Agave and Da Vinci, and was phenomenal. Margi at Oceanside was so friendly also! Room was clean, standard holiday inn room. Ocean front was great.
