You are walking distance to over 100 restaurants as well as entertainment and shopping. Very safe and you will always see families out walking even late at night. Everything is casual dress and you can use your room key to charge at the Ocean club and Marriott Stellaris Hotel and Casino next door. Lots of restaurants on the Marriott campus and many more just a few steps away. Taxis are always available and reasonable so you can venture out to explore other options and see the sights.
