This property was very clean, and was exactly what i'd hoped it would be. I'll be back for certain. I enjoyed the "lukewarm" tub which is very refreshing after a day in the sun.

No formal check-in, Bianca the housekeeper was extremely polite but unfortunately doesn't speak much english, phone translator solved that issue. If one doesn't have cellphone service in Aruba it is impossible to get a taxi or call anyone/make restaurant reservations.

This property was friendly, comfortable, and had perfect amenities. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the common spaces, including an excellent pool. It was very convenient to have amenities such as a coffee maker, toaster, fridge, and plenty of towels. The morning views on the lagoon with amazing birds, lovely sunrises, and nice breezes were my favorite part. We will plan our next trip around availability at this property!

Our room was smallest unit, would have much appreciated a hot plate or toaster oven. In part our fault case maybe we booked too late. The quietness and location was awesome. We got to know the neighbours/ neighbourhood and was very comfortable. Bus stop very close which we did use.

A Perfect little spot.

Can not say enough about this hotel. It is not on the beach, but that was not a problem, as it was quiet at night, and never had to fight for a pool chair. We were in the White Apartment. It was well stocked, so we ate breakfast by the pool, enjoyed not having to rush out to get coffee, etc. Blanca was great. Place had chairs for beaches, which gave us the opportunity to explore a bit. We will definitely be back to this gem.

The accommodations were exactly as described. The common pool/garden/patio area was relaxing and well maintained. The staff housekeeper was wonderful.

If you are in to laid back, limited cleaning, no communication, no laundry on property, then this is for you. The location was convenient to Palm Beach. Pool was clean. Space was large enough. Nice shower. Biggest complaint was poor communication. No one really there to greet you. Find your room, key in the door. Good luck! Floors a little uneven so need to be careful. I would not return but there were several people there that had stayed before and understood the situation.

It is a good clean guesthouse with a very helpful manager, Carlos. Only problem was, there wasn’t many restaurants or stores near the hotel so we had to walk or take a taxi to eat or shop, other than that it is a good place to stay, will stay there again.

I loved it here I felt like I had the whole place to myself including the pool. It was so close to the ocean and the casino. I was very pleased with my stay honestly they could charge more for this amazing place.

Comfortable room, nice shared pool area and foyer, walking distance to hotels and beach, complimentary and really nice beach chairs and very good value for money. The area is a bit seedy and we ended up renting a car as it isn’t central.

Great place but white room king bed needs to go.

It is a very nice hotel however we had a few problems. The first room assigned had a terrible smell of epoxy paint, it was so strong that after being in there for a couple of hours I had a headache. I asked if there was another room we could move to and the housekeeper contacted the manager and fortunately they had one room available which was very nice and spacious. Everything would have been great in the new room however the bed was super hard and lopsided. Had a hard time sleeping for the remaining 3 nights. If it wasn't for those two situations I would happily give the hotel 4-5 stars since everything else was very nice and the housekeeper and host were very accommodating.

The house is beautiful and very clean and quiet. We had the Penthouse and it adds a lovely element of privacy. The apartment is well stocked and is HUGE in terms of space for a couple. We found a car to be very useful, if even if driving to the beach which is only a 10 minute walk away. Finally, great service from the owners and staff.
