This beautiful townhouse is in the gated and upscale residential community of Gold Coast where all townhouses, condos, apartments, and villas are individually owned.

Enjoy your slice of paradise in Aruba. Nicely decorated two-story townhome, suitable for families or couples. 2 spacious bedrooms accessible by a staircase with 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living and dining room washer and dryer. There is a free parking space for 1 car at this property and a quaint backdoor patio with a gas BBQ with gas area to enjoy with friends and family. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. This is a self-catering vacation property. We do provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide umbrellas.

Just steps away from beautiful 2x communal pools and social area.

Gold Coast residences feature 24-hour security. Not more than 3 minutes away are the most beautiful beaches and the Famous Tres Trapi Beach and The Light House. The townhouse is a short drive as well to the high-rise hotel and entertainment area, and local restaurants and casinos.

Beautiful community, beautiful place! From the beginning, even prior to our stay, and throughout our stay, the management company was super responsive, accommodating, and kind! When we weren't enjoying one of the MANY beaches Aruba has to offer, we visited the pool at the community center within the condo-complex, which is just a couple-minute walk down the street. The pool area is attractive, clean and spacious, with lots of options from a sandy, shaded gazebo area, the main pool deck, and another off-set area, offering options for privacy or central location near the pool, with plenty of loungers and chairs. In addition to the pool, the community center has a restaurant, bar, fitness center, bathrooms, and showers, so you can literally stay there all day! Going in and out of this gated community was easy with the window sticker that you get from the gate attendant the first time you enter. The gate attendants were always friendly! We rented a car, and were able to get to the central beaches and shopping (Oranjestad, Palm Beach, Eagle Beach) within 10 minutes. If we were to visit Aruba again, we would definitely plan to stay at Aruba Gold Coast condos! The only critiques I would offer would be to find ways to better ventilate the 2 upstairs bathrooms in this condo unit, and consider adding a keyless entry for convenience!

Hidden gem

We chose this property while trying to find a place to stay during our family vacation. Not only were the hosts prompt when meeting us, they also had a leaky pipe fixed within a few hours of reporting the issue. Community members were kind and inviting, the environment felt safe, and it was SO QUIET at night! All of the pools were well maintained as was the property. The house was well stocked and clean. We would definitely recommend this property to families that are looking for a fun, safe, quiet community to visit that is fairly close to beaches and stores.

Great 2 bedroom townhouse. Rental company prompt to meet us on arrival and when leaving. Had beach chairs and beach towels for use. Has a Kerig machine and able to brew pots of coffee. They had salt and pepper and some Tupperware for usage. Located sl north of Pam beach. Great location. Complex pools were warm with pounders and some sand. Great ice maker in fridge. Nice big backyard with bbq to use. Would come back again!!
