We began our trip with some disappointment. Although other room views were available, we were assigned one facing a stockroom, which was disheartening. One day, we didn’t receive any towels, and despite several calls to housekeeping, none were ever brought to us. We had no choice but to dry off using our personal face towels.
The quality of the alcoholic beverages was also disappointing. They all tasted the same, cheap and stale, and there were no premium options available.
Prior to our arrival, I emailed the hotel expressing how excited we were to celebrate a significant milestone. In response, we received a small gesture, a few loose Hershey's chocolates in an oddly presented box, which felt underwhelming given the occasion.
