When we arrived we were taken to a villa that was date, very dirty (fresh food stains on dining chairs that hadn’t been cleaned) and that had a strong bad smell. It looked nothing like the pictures of the Villa we saw when booking. We made a complaint and we were moved to a nicer “beachfront villa”. Although better, the couch was stained and there was absolutely no view of the beach. We paid a lot of money to stay in a villa at Peppers and the whole experience was disappointing. Housekeeping did a poor job and left doors unlocked at least 3 times while our belongings were inside and we were out. The breakfast was very disappointing too. There was no water offered at all. Pool was very average. Sorry to say but we will not be staying at Peppers again 😔

Amazing stay. My friend and I loved everything about the hotel. It was spacious, clean and extremely well located. The buggy service offered was a great touch. Staff were very courteous and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Check in was the worst I have ever experienced. Check in was 2pm but our room was not available until 3pm. It was the 4 bedroom tree top villa. The staff said they would let me know when it was available but they didn't let me know even when I was the only one sitting on their couch at check in. Very aggravating and very poor service to be ignored and late for room availability. Paid alot for a more expensive accommodation for a birthday celebration. It initially put a dampen on our moods due to this. Luckily when we got to the accommodation it was fantastic but had no trust in the staff after this check in experience. The buggy to main town centre was a nice touch also though. Due to check in experience we will be staying somewhere else in future. Stayed 2 nights from 20th Nov 2025

There wasn’t enough bathroom towels for 7 guests. My guests could not check in with out me . I was held up in traffic. My car was parked in the Bayview car park from Thursday until Sunday and was smashed into and damaged
