Urlaub in Norden

leider haben keine Info bezüglich der Anreise bekommen. Da wir nach 16 Uhr eingereist sind, mussten wir vor der verschlossenen Tür stehen. Die Agentur war telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Nur dank den Nachbarn kamen wir auf die Notfallnummer. Die Unterkunft riecht stark nach Zigarettenrauch. Die Bettdecken, Kissen und Matratzen haben gelbe Flecken. Fußboden könnte auch besser gereinigt werden. Backofentür ist kaputt. Toaster und Fön sind nicht vorhanden. Ansonsten ist alles da, was man für den Urlaub braucht.
