Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,Sie haben von uns eine Bewertung der von uns vom 12.07.2025 bis 22.07.2025 in der Nienburgstr. 3 auf Norderney angemieteten Wohnung Dünenrose 48 (1. OG links) angefordert. Dem sind wir bereits mit Email vom 30.07.2025 wie folgt nachgekommen:Wesentliche Kritikpunkte unsererseits sind:Der Drahtrost des Schlafsofas eignet sich nicht einmal ansatzweise für einen erholsamen Schlaf, erst recht nicht bei einer Nutzung durch 2 Personen. Neben einer knarrenden Geräuschentwicklung kommt es bei Belastung zu einem Durchhängen in der Bettmitte, was sich als äußerst unbequem geriert, da sich eine Kuhle bildet und ein horizontales Liegen nicht gewährleistet ist. Ein nennenswerter Federungskomfort ist überdies nicht erkennbar. Für einen geruhsamen Schlaf haben uns schließlich damit behelfen müssen, dass wir das Sofa zusammengeklappt und die Matratze auf den Fußboden gelegt haben.Die Beleuchtung an den Seiten des Spiegelschranks im Badezimmer ist defekt.Auf der der Ferienwohnung an der Nienburgstraße gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite gab es werktags von morgens 10 Uhr bis in die Nachmittagsstunden – auch mittags – teils stundenlangen Baulärm, vor allem, indem dort an Balkonen kreischend geflext wurde. Ob diese Arbeiten nach der Verordnung der Stadt Norderney zur Bekämpfung des Lärms (NeyLVO) vom 16.04.2013, zuletzt geändert am 12.12.2018, legitim waren und sind, wird stark bezweifelt.Vorteilhaft können wir benennen: Lage der Ferienwohnung auf de

Hallo zusammen, die Wohnung an sich ist ok.Aber das Schlafsofa ist eine echte Zumutung und die dazugehörigen Sessel als Essmöglichkeit auch. Meine Mutter ist 76 Jahre alt und ihr Mann 80 und es war für sie eine Katastrophe. Ich habe mir noch einmal die Mühe gemacht und mir die Fotos aus dem Angebot anzuschauen und ich muss sagen der Fotograf hat gute Arbeit geleistet. Das Foto ist so gemacht das die Schlafcouch aussieht wie ein normales Bett dafür Hut ab.Aber mal ganz ehrlich die Couch sieht aus als wenn sie noch aus den Sechzigerjahren aus der Sowjet Zone stammt. Ich denke für den Preis sollte es doch mal möglich sein in eine neue Schlafcouch zu investieren und den Gästen eine vernünftige Schlafgelegenheit anzubieten.Leider habe ich es versäumt Fotos von der Couch zu machen aber ich hoffe das zukünftig eine neue Schlafcouch angeschafft wird.Mit freundlichen Grüßen Mark Splitt
