Noise from next door all long night. I wasn’t aware of parking charges

The breakfast was nice but it would be better if you had boiled eggs and more fruit and yogurt.

Perfectly clean and comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub. Weight room looked great. Looked like a standard unhealthy breakfast : ) HA. Don't ever eat any. Would definitely stay here again!

Very courteous staff

The property is very nice. Easy access to a variety of restaurants and grocery store for snacks vs gas station snacks. We stayed 4 nights/5 days, the TV/cable service only worked the first night we were there. I called front desk and they assured me service would be available on 4/25 by 3pm. We had to use our cell phones to watch shows which was very annoying. Our key cards would not allow us access to the pool even after we addressed the issue with front desk. The ladies servicing the breakfast area were not friendly and seemed to be annoyed by all the people eating or serving themselves. House keeping were very nice and very quick to tidy up our room. We asked for additional items and they provided them promptly. No management on site our entire stay. Young kids managing the front desk and they didn’t not know how to deal with customers concerns. The TV/cable service was still out of service when we departed property. I called Tuesday to speak to management and they said she is still not available. They said they would give me points for all the inconveniences, I have yet to receive the points. Very disappointed with hotel. Will not be staying there again.

Staff were great, breakfast was great. Room cleaning/service was poor. I had to contact the desk several times for clean towels as housekeeping never showed up.
