Great house for a family

We wanted more space than a couple hotel rooms for a week long trip to Norfolk. The house was exactly what we were looking for. The appliances were pretty new and worked great, we were able to cook breakfast without issue. Air conditioning kept us plenty cool whole getting out of the heat and humidity. Kids room was great for letting us adults have separate sleeping. All bedrooms were upstairs with one full bath upstairs and one full bath downstairs. Parking on street out front. The smart door lock was great and beats a key!Owners were responsive to our questions and communicated clearly in check in and check out.

Quiet neighborhood and close to everything!!

Great property!! Only issue was the temperature difference between upstairs and downstairs l, as mentioned in previous reviews. Coffee pot did not work either, but we used French Press instead.

Thanksgivong visit

We came to visit our son who is in the Navy and provided Thanksgiving dinner to several other sailors who weren't going home. It was a little tight for the meal but it was a wonderful day. Two issues - it was freezing cold downstairs because the thermostat was in the warmest part of the house- right at the top of the stairs and the coffeemaker did not work. We tried it and had a friend try it as well. We could not get it to brew a pot of coffee. Other than that it was great. It was close to good places to eat, shopping, etc.

Enjoyed My Stay

This propery is centrally located for my weekend plans. My travel time was 15 minutes or less to everything I had planned. The neighborhood is very quiet! The property itself is very clean and well kept. The pictures on the web site are accurate. However, If I were to complain about anything, it would be the temperature of the lower level. It was very cold while the upstairs was comfortably warm. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again.
