I have stayed at the other hotels that are close to Scope/Chrysler Hall…this was the best experience hands down. Although the rooms were average, the staff was amazing! The bar was well stocked and fun! Breakfast was good! They had a menu with Real Food! Usually, we’re mixing peanuts and cheez its from the tiny, front desk corner store…this time-Nachos! Thank you Christina and Debra for a great experience!

This places, cold and in terrible need of renovation. When you walk in the ambience is horrible. The lighting is extremely low and not done intentionally. There were invisible lights that were just out. The elevator is old and barely working. The furniture and rugs and fixtures are old and falling apart. The front desk staff was extremely rude, especially the male employee that we encountered. I don’t remember his name, but he was either Middle Eastern or Indian looking, and it should be on file who is working that day if you check our state dates. But he was extremely rude, shorts, and just outright mean and unprofessional. The best thing about this hotel was the handicap parking that was available to me close to the entry. But there definitely was no assistance with our bags or anything for that matter. Just very underwhelming and completely disappointing. This hotel does not live up to the Wyndham name. I will never stay here again nor recommend anyone.

The restaurant downstairs was a bit pricey and the breakfast wasn't great. The rooms are very old, our sink was clogged pretty much the whole time even after they put drano in. There was a crack on the ceiling that looks like there was either water damage or the roof is close to caving in. I'm not from this area but I definitely would not recommend staying here. The staff was all very kind and helpful.
