Don’t book here

The outside parking lot has vagrants and some of the employees that live there hanging out smoking and drinking booze. We were scared to relieve our dogs when dark out. We were near side door to outside and heard banging of door all night. The lobby is clean but under staffed. The awful smell of wet mildew carpet was terrible throughout the building. This was an over priced homeless shelter for 88.00. We came for parent weekend at OU and everywhere was booked up or we would have left and got money back.

The pictures look great online, but they forgot to include the homeless families staying there. Im not trying to be insensitive, but this place was not good for a college parent in town to see his child play her sport!

The floor was half torn up in the hallway to my room. There was throw up spots and ripped up carpet.Smelled really bad. The air unit was broken so it was either 55 degrees or 81 degrees. The pictures online were not even close to what the place looked like. It was terrible and very unpleasant.
