    This beach-style home is everything you will need for that perfect holiday. It has breathtaking views of Lady Bay Beach which is private to the residents and guests staying along this stretch of coast.
    Fresh, vibrant and new is all you'll find inside this little beauty. This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 - 8 guests comfortably. Featuring an open plan, kitchen, lounge, and dining area which opens up to the large deck offering magnificent views for miles around.

    Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances including large fridge freezer, gas cooker, dishwasher, and microwave. Laundry comes with both a front loader machine and a dryer. Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout making this home enjoyable at any time of the year.

    Local activities such as golf, fishing, and diving are very popular in this area.
    There are also several local wineries boasting stunning wines. Links Lady Bay golf club and restaurant offer a great service for fine dining or enjoy a horse ride right out the front on the beach.

    Lovely place to get away

    My wife and I stayed for 4nighrs and our adult son joined us for two of those. Facilities excellent and open plan design, large windows and large deck enabled the surroundings to be incorporated inside. Beach while not the best swimming and family beach in the district was great for a spot of gar fishing and just divine for kayaking. Lovely lovely stay.

    Well set up property ready for a relaxing stay

    Check in process was simple, simply grabbed the keys from the Ray White at Normanville then a 5 minute drive onto the property. The property is located on a quiet street that only locals drive on and the occasional person visiting the beach so nice and quiet. The house has been so well set up - the owners have thought about everything (even little touches like torches in each room for getting up in the middle of the night). The kitchen has been extremely well equipped and the lounge is roomy with plenty of space. The property has 3 bedrooms which could accommodate up to 8 ppl. The property has reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning which meant we never had an issue with being cold in the middle of winter. The place is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Close to supermarkets (5 min drive), bakeries, cafes, pubs and the beach is right there just beyond the front deck! Everything you could want has been provided. Absolutely loved sitting on the deck with a coffee or glass of wine enjoying the sunset or just watching and listening to the waves crash on the beach. Will stay again. Thank you :)
