Our offering is all inclusive - no additional fee for linen and all beds will be fully made for you ready for your arrival (our home is one of the few large properties in the area that offers this).

Enjoy luxurious relaxation and quality time with loved ones in a home styled for comfort and elegance. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and five smart TVs with access to Netflix, Stan, Disney+, Foxtel, Paramount Plus and Prime.

The well-appointed kitchen comes stocked with condiments, pantry items, and access to seasonal fruits, vegetables, and herbs from our outdoor vegetable patch.

This light-filled home provides a tranquil, private oasis with popular dining options, beaches, and recreational activities all at your fingertips.

No detail has been overlooked to ensure year-round comfort. The house features reverse cycle heating and cooling throughout, ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms and living areas, and a combustion fireplace for extra warmth and ambiance during cooler months.

Given the property's versatility, it suits multiple travellers and needs.

***PLEASE NOTE our rates are based on twin share, a charge of $50 per night per additional guest / room to cover additional linen and cleaning. Bedrooms and bathrooms not booked will be locked and unavailable for guest use.

We are pet friendly, with your furry friends catered for with bedding, toys, and treats in a fully enclosed yard.

Strictly no parties or extra guests permitted. We have security cameras at the front of the property that notify us of unusual activity and capture footage of people accessing the property.
