Set on a spacious and private 1.5-acre lot, this peaceful west-facing retreat offers breathtaking sunset views over a quiet bay — ideal for families or two groups of up to four guests each.
Enjoy direct waterfront access with a sandy-bottom shoreline that's perfect for swimming, wading, and fishing. Kids will love catching fish right off the dock, and the calm, shallow water is safe for little ones to enjoy. A large dock with a sitting area accommodates boats up to 20 feet long, and the expansive yard offers plenty of space for children to play freely.
