HAD TO REQUEST COFFEE, NONE WAS PUT IN THE ROOM THE 1ST DAY. ALSO HAD TO REQUEST GARBAGE BAGS BECAUSE THEY HADNT BEEN EMPTIED AND WERE FULL BY THE 2ND DAY WOULD I STAY AGAIN, YES BUT WOULD MAKJE SURE TO REQUEST COFFEE THE NIGHT BEFORE BECAUSE IT WAS HARD TO FIND AT 4AM.

Upon arrival, toilet lid top was smeared with feces. When went to clean up, grabbed a FOLDED handtowel that was stacked in clean pile on top of vanity and towel was covered in feces! Spoke with reception at hotel whom called manager, we are expecting a refund as this was SO DISGUSTING! We are travelling with two young children that could have easily grabbed that poop covered hand towel to dry hands or face! Not impressed, This is how infectious diseases are spread!
