Best Rental Stay

This was the best rental we’ve booked. There were minor housekeeping opportunities in kitchen and dining area but it did not take away from the overall charm and comfort. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms with quality items, which is so appreciated when it’s a family trip.

Super Comfortable and Well-Equipped Home

We enjoyed our stay at this super comfortable home while my daughter competed in the Colonial Classic at the Prince George's Equestrian Center. We had everything we needed and more!

Friend cation was a blast!

My best friend came to visit with her two kids. We had a little getaway to the North Beach Retreat House. It was wonderful! John and Patti have a beautiful and comfortable home that was well stocked with toiletries, towels, and kitchen items. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We had a minor issue come up and John was very quick to respond and remedy the issue. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking in the area! Thanks for a wonderful stay John and Patti!

Nice location , cosy and clean home, polite and respinsive hosts

Everything was nice and clean. The hosts helped us a lot with information we asked for. We enjoyed the stay , the location of the house, and our welcoming - we had coffee and wine and everthying needed for a praceful and pleasant stay.
