Parking lot view

We booked a room with a hot tub on the deck with a forest view, and once we got to the view was of the parking lot. Checked with the front desk and they said all the forest view were of parking lot views. Supposedly the wording is being changed? The hot tub was fine . The actual pool area, and sauna area was amazing and will go back for that. DO NOT EAT AT THE RESTAURANT! The waitress was amazing but the meal was the worst of my 62 years. The steak was the only thing done right. How can you mess up mashed potatoes? I thought they gave me grits because they were brown with so much butter and the same consistency. I honestly hate being negative, because the spa area was really nice. We will come back but book a standard room and go for the spa and not eat on premise.

Overall we had a great experience! For being reopened for less than a year it great to see the place doing well and people excited to experience the hot springs. The links will work their way out and they will be more stronger! Everyone was super nice, coffee cafe was yummy and nice to purchase things still once they were not staffed but the front desk. We had a couples massage and my husband said it was one of the best massages he has had in a long time.

We will be back!

It’s was our first visit but it won’t be our last. We enjoyed the many great amenities. The spa was great, the pool and hot tub excellent. The food in the on site restaurant was fantastic. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed having such a large private covered patio. Top notch!

Ever since we found the place we love going there it's usually pretty clean and the people there are always so friendly but each time we've gone this year the hot springs isn't hot the only thing that's hot is the hot tub very pretty place that go for hikes and see the scenery quiet just wish that the hot spring part would have been fixed but that was our only complaint

The entry is amazing and the staff is very friendly and efficient however the rooms are not as outstanding. We had two large bugs in the room which my daughter killed. and there was small pieces of paper in the the top dresser drawer. I would have appreciated a glass in the bathroom. We booked this at the last minute and were a little concerned about the location, but the hotel is absolutely beautiful. We have a very large room with a large balcony. Everything was clean and the staff were super nice!
