I've stayed in 100s of hotels this place was disgusting. Didn't want to even take my shoes off and walk on the carpet. Found a needle on the floor and the blow dryer was covered in someone else's hair. And woke up to the smell of cigarettes each morning. Will not be staying here ever again and don't recommend anyone else does.

Ac unit was old loud, and apparently damaged which they handled by sticking a post it note to the unit.

My daughter and I stayed a couple days here. Staff were very friendly, a few pros, a few cons but overall we were content with this hotel. Basic breakfast buffet available in morning which was nice and convenient for us, the indoor pool was ok, the first day was nice and clean the second day there was dirt areas on bottom of pool and a hair ball. I would have cleaned it out but they didn’t have the skimmer available and no towels to dry off with available, not many hotels in the area with a indoor pool and my daughter wanted to go swimming.

Nice people working there but the hotel is very old and could use a lot of work. Doors are hard to open, lots of wear and tear on items. Parking lot was full of random pallets and pot holes.

It was horrible pool was cold even though it was suppose to be heated breakfast was cold and beds are horrible and if you wanted fresh towels you had to leave dirty outside and they leave clean outside door unsanitary overall disappointed

One Star — Disappointing Stay, Would Not Recommend

I rarely leave bad reviews, but my stay at the Quality Inn was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to warn others. From the moment I checked in, the experience was below expectations. The front desk staff seemed disinterested and rushed through the process without even a smile. The room was outdated, and cleanliness clearly wasn’t a priority. There were stains on the carpet, the bathroom had mold in the corners of the tub, and the bedding didn’t look or smell freshly laundered. The “free breakfast” was barely edible — cold eggs, stale pastries, and watery coffee. Noise was also a major issue. I could hear every step and conversation from the hallway and the room above me. Walls felt paper thin, and I barely got any sleep. For the price, I expected at least a clean and comfortable place to rest. Unfortunately, the Quality Inn did not deliver either. I won’t be returning.

The Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was offered from 7-10 in the lobby, but we slept in and didn't take part in it. We did enjoy the coffee station after breakfast hours though. The room was acceptable and very clean and the price was right for our budget and this last minute trip. It did look like the hotel was undergoing some construction upgrades, but that didn't affect any aspect of our stay or contribute to noise during our sleeping hours.

Property was nice, clean and convenient for us. Breakfast was adequate and coffee strong. Only complaints are, upon check in we were given instructions to leave our dirty towels and trash outside our door and they would be removed and replaced. This did not happen. Other than that our stay was fine.

I stayed here since the Marathon was in town. Very old hotel but seems like undergoing renovations. My bathroom had a lot to be desired and smelled bad all the time.
