Great bed for the night for a flying visit to Dunedin. Room had everything you needed and was immaculately presented

Spacious clean room with a large kitchen and bathroom.

Got upgraded upon arrival, spotlessly clean apartment everything exactly as advertised, property managers are lovely and helpful, if I wanted to not pick the battery in the TV remote needed replacing, would definitely stay again, also very central to city centre.

The staff were amazingly helpful. The property itself is a bit old. The room was next to the road and it was very loud even for us that do not mind the noise. Also the window didnt have the curtain and there was no way you could cover, except we used the bath mat otherwise the light was so bright whole night.

Unit was spotless, it exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly, allowed us to park early and check in early. This place is very well managed and operated, would highly recommend to others. Only downside was the pillows, but everything else was great

Penthouse was great - roomy with good facilities, although you can hear street noise.
