Book North Frontenac hotels

It was my first time in Perth as I’m moving to Perth from Ottawa just for a year for college. I wanted to drive here just couple days early to get adjusted to the new environment faster. The staff members are so friendly and helpful. I had a difficulty in parking (I’m a new driver) when I first got here, and one of the front desk staff helped me in parking. So, thank you :) The room was amazing. The bed was comfortable and large enough for me to sleep like a starfish. The TV was large and functioned well - watched playoff hockey. The bathroom was beyond amazing. It was really well-lit, the water pressure was perfect, the bath tub was amazing, and it was nice to have easy-to-control room AC/Heater. As a bookworm, it was amazing to have a variety of room lights. I particularly like the reading light above the bed on each side. Whoever designed or managed the room surely was thoughtful. The housekeeper did a fabulous job! When I first got here, I was greeted by a towel-swan. So sweet! The complimentary breakfast was great! It was nice to be able to choose the menu. The restaurant staff were friendly and with great service. Overall, I gotta say that my stay and first visit to Perth went marvellously! Thank you!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed The Shire. It was nicely decorated with plenty of thoughtful touches to make our stay more fun and comfortable. The cottage is clearly a product of care and consideration and I'd love to stay there again in the summer and check out the North Frotenacs in another season.

Gary met us at the cottage and gave us the grand tour, we had the most incredible scenic weekend away with our family and especially enjoyed the experience of Gary’s telescopes!! We got to see sun spots on the sun and go and explore the dark night reserve! Gary is a very laid back and kind host and we can’t wait to go back!!

The property is exceptionally clean, well equipped and has to offer way more than just a stay in a cottage. Fantastic covered patio, fire pit with Muskoka chairs, gazebo with mosquito nets all around, floating dock with few different floating devices free for use! We loved the water bike a lot! Was very safe to operate with a 2 year old. The view is out of this world!!!! Lake is clean, deep and transparent. Big Napoleon BBQ fed us for 3 days with great meats from local store. Owner is nice and very helpful. He takes care of the property like very few owners do. We are 200% satisfied and wife celebrated her birthday in a paradise-like place. Thank you very much! We will be back!

Home is very clean with an easy check-in process via a code lock. The home is beautiful and has a very modern interior. Property is located on a waterfront with a private dock. A variety of watercraft are provided for free such as a canoe, kayaks and a small boat. The location is fairly remote and the closest tiny grocery store is roughly 30 minutes away. Host is very responsive and helpful, we had a small issue with check-in and they were able to help resolve the same day. Overall we had a wonderful time taking full advantage of the various included amenities, would book again!
