Situated in a very quiet cul de sac street is this quaint beach cottage. This home will remind you of beach holidays in simpler times, but with recent renovations, a modern touch.
A level stroll of 500 m to the beach and 300 m to the river’s edge. Swim, surf, fish, paddle it’s all at your doorstep. Featuring two good sized bedrooms plus an additional sleeping area, the cottage comfortably sleeps six guests.
Outside laundry with a bonus shower and WC.
The home is all level with ramp access. The large yard is well grassed, private and level. A perfect spot for cricket, family games & for making happy memories.
Mere metres to the popular North Haven Café & kid’s playground & riverside park. Bring your pushbikes & your strolling shoes, because everything from the Bowling Club, patrolled beach, river baths, cafes & eateries are within a kilometre of this retro cottage.
There is an undercover entertaining and BBQ area to enjoy the long evenings, with a separate toilet outside for convenience.
