Crescent Keyes 704 is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront condo located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. This 7th floor condo comfortably sleeps 8. Unit 704 has a king bed in the master bedroom and two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. There is a spacious living and dining area with a brilliant view of the ocean. The fully equipped kitchen has all of your cooking needs to prepare your favorite dish. There is a washer/dryer, WIFI, and 4 TVs. The 3 bathrooms have a tub and shower combination. This condo does not allow smoking or pets. This is a family oriented rental and does not allow student groups.

Crescent Keyes is a 14-story building with covered parking, elevators, an indoor pool, 2 lazy rivers, 2 hot tubs, a fitness room that overlooks the ocean and pools, and a 56 ft. beach front swimming pool. There are 2 kiddie pools; one on the ground floor and another on the 6th floor courtyard. The 6th floor courtyard also has a sun deck, hot tub, and lazy river. There is a 6 ft. 8 in. height clearance in the parking garage.
