Summary:

Welcome to your next getaway! This 2-level townhouse is located in Cherry Grove - less than a mile to public beach access! You will enjoy spending your vacation in a quiet area while only being a short drive away from all of the attractions our area has to offer. This is the perfect spot for a family or couple vacation!



Minimum booking age: 25



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!



Parking: Guests are guaranteed 1 parking spot. There might be visitor parking spots available as well. Easy access private parking lot. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: Self check-in with keypad. 1 bedroom on the main level. Stairs required to access the other 2 bedrooms.



Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans, and more! K-cup coffee machine.



Family room: Enjoy the open concept with plenty of seating.



Bedroom 1: King bed. TV. Main level!



Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: King bed! TV. On second level.



Bedroom 3: Two queen beds! TV. On second level.



Bathroom 2: Second level. Direct access from both upstairs bedrooms!



Bathroom 3: Main level - half bathroom - sink and toilet only. Laundry.



Porch: Nice seating area to enjoy the fresh air.



Pools: Complex pool and hot tub. Subject to HOA scheduling. These amenities are scheduled to close at the end of October.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community pool.



The Neighborhood:

This unit is in the perfect area of Cherry Grove. Just a short distance to attractions and our beautiful coastline.



Getting Around:

Easy access parking lot. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pools, hot tubs, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your golf clubs, beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

No pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 8.



Routine pest control happens on the 3rd Monday quarterly (Nov, Feb, May, Aug). The HOA requires the technician be granted entrance to complete the treatment.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
