Inside, you' ll find a well-equipped home with amenities such as a washer/dryer, central AC, internet and a fully stocked kitchen featuring modern appliances. A coffeepot, Keurig, microwave, toaster, blender and more are provided. Even water and food bowls are available for your fur baby! This home offers a game room set up for kids of all ages, including an arcade and various board games. For your convenience, a pull cart is provided filled with beach toys and beach supplies including chairs, an umbrella and a blanket. After a day at the beach, rinse off at the open, outdoor shower.

Step outside to the backyard complete with a dining table and chairs, patio umbrella, gas grill and patio heater. Play corn hole in the yard, chip golf balls, relax in the hammock, or sun on the lounge chairs. At night, enjoy sitting in Adirondacks surrounding a gas fire pit.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
