The living room opens onto the screened lanai for relaxing. There is outside storage unit and a one car garage with a driveway for parking a second vehicle.
The community has a clubhouse with fitness center, ping pong table, pool table, library and meeting space, as well as a heated pool and sundeck. The Colony at Sabal Trace is a great location, close to all shopping areas and the new downtown Wellen Park. Only a short drive to the Beaches of the Gulf of Mexico!
