Room smelt damp. When we arrived there as a large wet patch outside the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom did not seem to work. The button to flush the toilet was broken as was the light above one of the beds. Despite staff looking at the tv, we were not able to purchase any movies. Carpet in common areas needs to be dry cleaned or updated as it was quite dirty and stained. Pool is too small for such a large hotel. Pool area, north bar and reception need more staff on in busy periods to tidy or serve.

Danielle room services/cleaner on level 8 . She was extremely amazing . Her services was excellent. Her smile was exceptional lovely. The way she talks too my kids was so friendly. Charlotte the girl on the front receptionist was extraordinary. Her service was top notch . Her smile and welcoming and departing was the best ever . Dora the desk relation . Her service and information regarding the hotel and surrounding was so amazing that mostly the only reason why i would return to the hotel . She was so friendly and so so great with my kid . She was full of laughter and smiles . My kid was saying i cant wait to go back and visit dora . Well done... As for the hotel itself. Was spot on. Family friendly . Clean room . Room service was prefect . Managment really do care . Its just a matter of feed back for them to fix any issues. . Bars and restaurants has amazing drinks and food . Service was amazing . Beach . Lol was so beautiful . Beware of rocks lol. But it was amazing. Life guards were on the watch out. Well done guys.

We were very happy with the look of the room when we first entered however down the track we realise that the shower was difficult to get to rite (regarding the temperature & flow) and made a terrible noise the whole time we used it; further to that we found the bed extremely uncomfortable. We are literally sank into the bed and it felt like a water bed ..way too soft to be comfortable. When we asked for a small extension to the leaving time we were refused. So all in all; our experience was not exceptional but I would write it as average.

Breeze was cool most days so opening the balcony doors was sufficient to cool the room. Great views. Breakfast is excellent. Dinner meal we had at the hotel was average, but there are several restaurants close by. Lots of families with young children, but our room was quiet.
