This home has 100 feet of shared lake frontage and a beautiful creek that runs adjacent to the property. Home features four bedrooms, two and a half baths, a full kitchen, dining room, washer and dryer along with a living room. This home located in the back of the property. Access to the lake is a minute walk across the street. The One acre of land is a shared space. 2 Fire pits on site, picnic tables and huge yard with a creak. 32ft of dock space.
