We requested that the room had to be cleaned due to dust and debris on the flooring and black bits getting into the bedding. The shower door could do with a clean, especially on the hinges at the bottom. The water was hot though so appreciated

Room was very acceptable. Staff were friendly, however on my arrival, I had to wait for 10-15 minutes for someone to come and let me in. There was nobody at the desk during my checkout at 7:00 am.

Comfortable Hotel

Nice hotel close to the rail station. Convenient for Riverside. City Centre 20 min walk. Staff helpful with easy check in and out. Buffet continental breakfast which was a reasonable cost and good. Would stay here again.
