Tierra at Casa Nambi Nosara
Located in the heart of North Guiones, easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, Casa Nambi offers two one-bedroom apartments (Tierra and Cielo) and a treehouse studio (Arbol) in a tucked-away tropical garden with a pool. Enjoy sounds of howler monkeys, tropical birds, rustling bamboo, and surf just beyond the wildlife reserve. Watch the sunset from nearby Guiones Beach, or stay in and watch the sky change colors from the tree-level sun deck. Casa Nambi, recently remodeled in 2023, offers comfort, efficiency, and up-to-date amenities. The units may be rented individually or together.
Tierra at Casa Nambi, a one-bedroom apartment with a king-size bed, opens to a terrace, gardens, and the pool. Tierra offers a full and well-equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee; ceiling fans, and air conditioners in each room. Tierra is accessed from a gently sloping pathway and has no steps or thresholds; handicap bars are provided in the bathroom and shower. The terrace, equipped with a dinner table, and rocking chairs, looks out to the pool and jungle beyond. The bedroom opens to a private balcony. Security glass windows and doors have pull-down privacy blinds (and black-out blinds for the bedroom). A private and locked surfboard cage is provided, with access to a surfboard waxing/cleaning station.
Casa Nambi is tobacco-free (including all units, the pool, and the parking lot).
Parking is available inside the property.
Laptop-size safes are provided in the apartments.
Convenient key lock boxes are provided for each unit.
The pool, outdoor shower, surfboard, and washing station are shared among the units.
The pool does not have a shallow end for small children and is not fenced.
WiFi is provided. (Like other utilities in Nosara, outages occasionally occur.)
Guests are asked not to host events or parties.
Casa Nambi's updates include a back up secondary internet provider, a third-level, partially covered, sun/yoga deck, a new garden level picnic patio with grill and environmentally friendly bionest wastewater treatment system at the new apartment.

Nosara is absolutely a wonderful community and we can't wait to share all the good things that it has to offer. We care a great deal about our clients and for that reason, we also want to make you aware of one of the véry few downsides to Nosara: petty theft (they usually are out for your cash and your belongings as in any other tourism area). The guest is responsible for securing and protecting their personal belongings and valuables left in and around the Property.
Internet and Electricity
In the jungle, the utility infrastructure is unpredictable. There may be power, phone, and/or internet outages and interruptions in service. The Guest should not leave electronics plugged in during rainstorms. Although Nambi hedges the bet with dual providers. We have an excellent mobile phone signal with Kolbi and data rates are very reasonable. You may also consider bringing an unlocked phone and geting a Kolbi SIM card. Please note that the Homeowner nor the Property Manager has no control over these situations and no refunds or discounts will be offered for outages or interruptions to these services. If there's any problem with the Property, please report it to the Property Manager.
Water
During the dry season months of December through April, the Property may have low water pressure due to temporary or scheduled water outages. We will do our best to notify Guests of any interruptions in water service or regularly scheduled water shut-offs. Nambi maintains a backup tank which can be helpful during outages.
Jungle creatures
We make every effort to present a well-cleaned home for your arrival. However, it is a jungle out there and nature can move in at any time. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, please keep food wrapped, store it in the refrigerator, clean kitchen counters and keep screen doors closed at all times (particularly at night). With an abundance of vegetation, Nambi is a favorite among monkeys, iguanas, birds, butterflies, squirrels and caotis.
Refunds
No refunds will be given for natural disasters, water outages, internet outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or nearby construction noise. This area is a rapidly growing community. There is no guarantee there will not be construction nearby.
Insurance
We encourage all Guests to purchase Traveler Insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit Guests from travelling or fulfilling Rental terms.
