Timo is a beautiful Mediterranean style villa situated in a splendid sea front position in San Lorenzo, a popular seaside resort that boasts one of Sicilyâs most beautiful beaches. Surrounded by a well tended garden and large, panoramic terraces with sea views, this beautiful, cosy house has a small swimming pool and an exclusive Jacuzzi (can be heated on request) on the sun terrace. Recently built, the villa features bright, comfortable rooms furnished with taste and functionality in mind that include a living room-kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The villa comes also with air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, sat-TV, iPod docking station, washing machine, dishwasher, safe and external shower. The property, which is really close to the charming, lively fishing village of Marzamemi, is only a short drive away from the most beautiful towns of south-eastern Sicily, such as Noto, Syracuse and the baroque towns of the Val di Noto, the close Vendicari nature reserve, but also from Taormina and Mount Etna's Park.
