Rental upstairs in a single house. Bedroom: wardrobe and small furniture, TV, 200X 160 bed. Dining room, table +4 chairs, sideboard, sofa bed 180x140. Fitted kitchen area with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster, dishes, etc. Shower room with sink, washing machine / WC.
Shared courtyard with the apartment below in front of the house, gate / terrace / table / parasol / sunbathing / or 2 deckchairs.
Sheets possible extra.
A deposit check of 300 € will be requested upon arrival and returned no later than 7 days after your departure.
A sum of 80 € will be asked if you do not wish to do the cleaning.

Une location très bien placée et au calme d'où on peut aller à pied à la plage, dans la forêt ou faire quelques courses dans le bourg. La propriétaire très sympathique nous a réservé un excellent acueil. Je recommanede +++

Location très calme, juste à côté de la pinède et de la mer. On peut passer tout le séjour en se déplaçant seulement à vélo. Madame Robin est aux petits soins (siège bébé, jeux de société et vélo à,disposition, etc.) et le jardin est un vrai plus. Je recommande vivement.

Nous (2 adulte, 1 enfant de 4 ans) avons passé 1 semaine dans cette propriété. Marie nous a bien accueilli avec un + pour la visite du 1er jour du chemin qui mène à la plage. Emplacement idéal, au calme, sécurité pour les enfants, à proximité de la plage, 1 minute a pied de l’Estran (restaurant), 2 min en voiture du centre ville.

Situation idéale, départ à vélo avec les enfants, nombreuses pistes cyclables, plages à vélo par les chemins, 3 minutes... Très calme. Jardin clôt. Appartement très très equipé. Accueil chaleureux.
