The staff were amazing. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and eager to help. Their knowledge of the area really stood out—they offered fantastic recommendations for local food spots that made my stay even more enjoyable. The level of service exceeded my expectations. This property is very well maintained and the staff are wonderful. The sofa in room was nice to have and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast hours are very good and access to coffee all day and night was a bonus. Very happy with this location. Will definitely book again.

I was dissatisfied when I explained that we are traveling with our 90 year old mother and would like to be on the main floor (as stairs are a problem for her and no elevator) and they said not without charging us more.

Friendly bilingual staff are very accommodating and the building and gardens are immaculate. Breakfast was great and staff there are also friendly and helpful. Great place to stop for the night when travelling. We will likely stop in again.
