Nicely renovated

We were nervous when we arrived at this property because it looks run down outside and it is on a busy street but it was lovely inside! Newly renovated and roomy. Everything we needed. Bus stop is right out front and close to university and hospital. Only thing is it would have nice to have a coffee maker.
