Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. When booked the price was brilliant. The hotel is very smart, the room is pretty big with kettle, microwave, and all amenities. Not too bad from the centre. Only thing slightly confusing was certain room numbers weren't on the floor you would think.

Checking in was easy, but the room (considering I paid extra for a better room), was poor. The curtains across the balcony doors were ill- fitting, my bed was up a steep set of wooden stairs and one side was pushed against the wall as there was insufficient room in the space for it. The bedside shelf was loose and falling off the wall and the deck had no chair. When I went to shower in the morning, the hot water ran for 30 seconds and then ran cold, leaving me to shower in cold water.

No duvet ,slept under my jacket from 3 .0 am. In morning the chamber maid I found in store room.opposite the bedroom door pointed out that the completely flat and regular cotton white sheet was in fact a duvet. That was blatantly a lie such even a thin duvet has more volume than a flat sheet. I can not recommend from a customer service point of view. Never to return

The tv hair dryer and fan was broken when we arrived and we informed them instantly about this but they have still charged me for them the staff was rude and not helpful at all avoid these at all costs. The hotel was very loud and bedroom was in loft which was ridiculously hot and hot able to get sleep

Toilet clothes stand was already broken

It was nice stay very clean and comfortable but u can here lots of noise from nextdoor and outside that’s mean room are not sound proof also in the toilet clothes rack was already broke it should be fixed because everytime u put your clothes it fall of apart from that it was nice experience i’ll give 7 out of 10.

Lovely hotel, reasonable prices

Lovely hotel, decent rooms with kitchenette. Check in was a little slow and theres a smell like drains in the reception area due to a plumbing issue that's being fixed. No parking on-site, theres limited street-parkjng nearby but gets full quick and I wouldn't recommend leaving your car there - instead park nearer the city centre as its not a long walk

I booked in advance and paid 40 for a room with ensuite facilities. It was a good size, with tv microwave, coffee/ tea . Normally they charge 100 for this. . I was satisfied with the price i paid for what i got.
