Only criticism at all was the ‘host’ in the restaurant - arrogant and totally forgot about us for 15 minutes once we had sat. Ebony who was a waitress was fantastic and sure made up for her manager. Thank you Ebony!

Really modern hotel.

Really clean and modern room, the shower was really accessible. The bed was big and comfortable. Our breakfast was fresh and with plenty of choice. What a fantastic hotel. Definitely worth a stay. It is near to Nottingham, five stars ⭐️

We were met with a friendly staff member who gave us advice on how to navigate around the roadworks as it had taken us a while to find a way in due to road closures. The room was lovely, very clean, good amenities, nice big shower and comfy beds and pillows. We had a drink and food in the bar area which had a really nice atmosphere and the breakfast in the morning was well organised and very enjoyable. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it. It was good value for money and we were able to leave our car in the car park whilst we visited the university. A lovely experience.

Dissapointed

The air conditioning wasn’t working and on a hot day it was all I wanted. The food was nice but so overpriced and I was still hungry after a main course Venison sausages and mash was child size portion. Really disappointed unfortunately. However the room was very comfy
