A spectacular 3rd floor penthouse, in a quiet, family-friendly resort overlooking the pristine Novalja Bay. This beachfront apartment sleeps 8 people and makes a wonderful holiday destination for a family group.
The apartment has a private balcony along the front of the building with 2 sets of French windows one door in the dining area and the other set in the sitting room. The balcony has uninterrupted panoramic sea views. Inside the living area, tucked under the roof, is stylishly decorated with a large sofa, an armchair, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. The elegant dining table and chairs are next to the brand-new fitted kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle and american style coffee machine.
In addition to the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers, which are exclusively for residents’ use, the resort also has a waterside restaurant on site. Free mooring for boats is also available on the adjacent quayside.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king-sized double bed, a dressing table which can be used as a workspace, a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and French windows which open onto the balcony. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom.

The resort is located right on the shores of a beautiful bay, with panoramic views. It is in a quiet spot but not far from many of the activities Pag has to offer. If you can tear yourself away from the pristine beaches and crystal clear sea, there are hiking and cycling routes around the island, as well as climbing. Back by the water, visitors can go scuba diving, snorkelling and kayaking around remote coves.
The fishing village of Stara (Old) Novalja (5 minutes) has roots going back thousands of years, thanks to its sheltered location and temperate climate. There are some interesting archaeological sites as well as a variety of excellent restaurants and cafés. The larger town of Novalja (5 minutes) has an enchanting historic centre, which makes a great spot for an evening stroll before enjoying an aperitif at one of the town’s lovely seafront cafés. The town has farmers and fish markets where you can pick up the best local produce and freshest catch of the day.
Zadar International Airport is 1 hour 30 minutes away.
