Experience Nowata countryside in this 2-bedroom mobile home. The cozy space features 1 queen bed and 1 full bed, perfect for a small group or a family. Enjoy the convenience of a spacious bathroom with a shower, garden soaking bathtub, double sinks & mirrors. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots & pans, Keurig coffee maker, Small coffee maker, microwave, stove/oven, crockpot etc. AC and heating will make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Front deck with chairs & tables to sit on & enjoy the beautiful view of the open pasture. Small attached one car garage to use to keep you and your vehicle out of the weather. Our enchanting property will help you feel at home while you're traveling in or through Nowata. Our property is conveniently just South of Nowata. We are close to several boat ramps for easy access to Oologah Lake for fishing, duck hunting, any lake activities. Owasso is 30 miles South, Bartlesville is 30 miles West, Coffeyville, KS 30 miles North. Mobile home & main house sit on 40 acres. Mobile home has a separate driveway entrance sitting at the front of the property giving guest privacy. If more parking space is needed to accommodate boats &/or trailers we have an option for that. Main home sits towards the back of the property. Owners live on property with cattle, dogs, cats, chickens & wildlife roaming through.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Take in the views from a garden.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
During your stay if you have trash to get rid of put tied up trashbag out by AC unit & we'll stop by & pickup. When you depart, take all trash out of house & set in garage.
Any dirty towels & wash clothes can be put in hamper in bathroom. Leave beds that have been used unmade. Leave house keys & garage remote on counter.

Stay was nice, comfortable and clean, property listing OK . There was a really nice TV but only ONE channel came in, disappointed. we asked about accessing WIFI and response was "not available". It clearly was available but access was not granted. It would have been nice to be able to access and stream our own apps on TV and login to internet. It would have been nice if owners left manual, for heat, TV, trash, bedding etc. and check out instructions. we just left ......

VRBO near Oologah lake

Property was great, but make sure you contact the owner if you have multiple vehicles. Parking is limited, but they have an option to help out if problems arise.
