Our second bedroom has a private bathroom and sliding glass doors access to the balcony. Our balcony stretches the entire front of our apartment: two bedrooms and the living room have tremendous views to the pool, beach, bay and ocean. Our third bedroom has a desk with access to a bathroom right outside. There is a full kitchen, dining room and living room. All bedrooms have split, air conditioners and there is a large split inverter air conditioner in the main living area. Our gated, residential complex has 24 hour security and 24 hour concierge service. You will be safe and secure in our setting, so much more than a stand alone property. Little to no crowds due to our building's low occupancy rate; only 20% of property owners live full-time on the premises.
