From this fifth-floor condo in Nuevo Vallarta, you move easily between restful indoor moments and time spent near the water, letting the calm of the Aria Ocean setting set the tone for your stay. Whether you arrive with family or friends, the atmosphere supports connection, comfort, and unhurried days by the beach.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms with 3 beds, along with 2 baths that include bathroom essentials. Bed linens and clothing storage are provided to help you settle in, and central air conditioning maintains a comfortable environment throughout the day. A mosquito net and safe add practical touches for longer or more relaxed stays.



Kitchen and dining

A kitchen is available for preparing meals at your own pace, along with a dining table where you can gather after a day by the pool or beach. The space includes a refrigerator, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and a coffee maker. A blender and barbecue utensils add convenience for simple at-home meals.



Outdoor living

Shared access to outdoor areas, including the pool and nearby beach, makes it easy to shift between swimming, sunlit walks, and quiet time along the shoreline. The condo offers a private patio or balcony for unwinding outdoors, along with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill. Guests also have access to resort facilities and shared beach access. Beach essentials, bikes, and a kayak are provided for time outside, and a backyard space is available on the property.



Family-friendly features

The condo includes amenities suitable for guests traveling with children. A paid crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, baby bath, changing table, board games, babysitter recommendations, and children's bikes support family stays and flexible routines.



Home comfort and convenience

Central air conditioning and heating help maintain a consistent indoor temperature. Wifi is available for staying connected, and a private entrance provides simple access to the unit. A laundromat is located nearby for longer visits. Guests may use the elevator within the building, and free parking is available in a garage on the premises as well as on the street. Long term stays are allowed.



Guest access and arrival

Check-in takes place through the security booth, with electronic gate access provided before arrival. Staff-assisted check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and later arrivals require coordination with the host. Same-day reservations or bookings made after 9:00 p.m. the night before have check-in available from 6:00 p.m. onward. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. A keypad allows you to check yourself into the home with a door code.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no._5_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We remind you that it is vitally important not to throw any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided you with garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 4 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 * dlls extra per person per night.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
