the location to beach is way too far. 45 minute walk. Street noise is intolerable. you cant sit on the balcony due to large trucks, racing cars, loud motorcycles, blaring music from cars, constant dogs barking,construction machinery, new building construction across street etc etc the noise drove me crazy!!!one has to go inside to make phone calls.
