The Space:

Sleeping arrangements

This entire rental unit accommodates up to 5 guests across 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and 2 baths. Each bedroom is prepared with bed linens and clothing storage so you can unpack and settle in comfortably. The layout offers privacy for families or small groups while keeping shared spaces connected and easy to gather in.



Bathrooms

Both bathrooms include hot water and are designed for refreshing starts and relaxed wind-downs after a day outdoors. An outdoor shower adds convenience when returning from the beach or pool, letting you rinse off before heading inside.



Living space and connectivity

Natural light fills the living area through expansive windows, framing views toward the water and surrounding grounds. A TV, Wifi, and Ethernet connection keep you entertained and connected - whether you are streaming a movie or working remotely during a longer stay. The home is a single level with no stairs inside, and the building includes an elevator with a doorway at least 32 inches wide and a cabin at least 52 inches deep, offering ease of access from arrival to departure.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen provides a dedicated space where guests can cook their own meals, with room to gather around the dining table indoors. Prepare breakfast before heading out to the beach or enjoy a relaxed dinner at home after a full day by the water.

Waterfront and right next to a body of water, the property offers beach access so you can enjoy the nearby shoreline whenever the mood strikes. Resort access allows use of nearby facilities, expanding your options for leisure. Located in Nuevo Vallarta within the Riviera Nayarit, this coastal setting is known for its expansive beaches and humid-tropical climate, with an average temperature of 28°C year-round. The relaxed atmosphere and easy access to the water make it ideal for both short getaways and extended stays, with long term stays allowed for 28 days or more.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We remind you that it is vitally important not to throw any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided you with garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.

-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 4 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 * dlls extra per person per night.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.
