The Space:

In Nuevo Vallarta’s consistently warm, humid-tropical climate - with average temperatures around 28°C - beach days, poolside afternoons, and sunset skies are part of the rhythm year-round.



Set within Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta, this entire condo accommodates up to 7 guests with 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 baths. The single level home has no stairs inside, creating an easy, open flow from room to room. Central air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable after time in the sun, while room-darkening shades and cotton linens help you settle in for restful nights. Clothing storage with a closet keeps your belongings organized throughout your stay.



Living space

After a morning by the water, return to unwind in a cool, comfortable setting with Wifi and a TV for relaxed evenings indoors. A private entrance allows you to come and go easily, and self check-in is supported by building staff available 24 hours a day to assist with access.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides a dedicated space where guests can cook their own meals, whether you’re preparing breakfast before heading downstairs or blending something refreshing to enjoy outdoors. A dining table offers a welcoming place to gather, share meals, and plan the next day’s activities.



Outdoor & resort amenities

Waterfront living means you’re right next to a body of water, with shared beach access just moments away. Spend your days moving between the sand and the building’s outdoor pool, or ease into the shared hot tub after a swim. A shared sauna and shared gym in building offer additional ways to relax or stay active, and resort access allows guests to use nearby resort facilities. As evening approaches, the outdoor dining area invites you to linger in the soft coastal air.



Practical comforts

Free parking garage on premises makes arrivals simple, and an elevator - at least 52 inches deep with a doorway at least 32 inches wide - provides convenient access within the building. Long term stays allowed means you can settle in for 28 days or more if you wish to extend your time by the Pacific.

Nuevo Vallarta is known for its accessible beaches and setting along Mexico’s Pacific coast. Here, ocean views, warm air, and the steady sound of the surf shape your stay - whether you spend your days on the sand, by the pool, or simply watching the sunset from your private outdoor space.



Here are some points to take into account:

1) The apartment has a guest capacity.



The maximum capacity of the unit integrates adults, children and babies, since according to the rules of the condominium all count equally.

The platform as such does not charge for babies under 2 years old, nor does it count them in the total capacity, so we ask that you personally take this into account to avoid misunderstandings when you arrive at the condominium.



2) It is important to point out that the maximum capacity is _7_ people, being guest number _7_ a minor under 15 years old.



3) The final cost may vary depending on the number of nights, number of guests and date of reservation.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._6_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.

Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Peninsula is characterized by its beautiful ocean view where you can enjoy the sunset.

As a guest of Del Mar, you will also enjoy a wide variety of additional services and amenities, such as beach access, swimming pool, restaurants and free Wi-Fi connection in the accommodations.

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



There parking has no fee and you can use the assigned space for your apartment.

This apartment has only one parking space.

Please notice that is not allowed for any visitors and/or friends to park in the complex.
