The Space:

Sleeping arrangements
The condo accommodates up to five guests across two bedrooms, with three beds and two bathrooms. The layout offers both shared living space and privacy, making it comfortable for small groups or families. Bed linens and clothing storage are provided, supporting both short visits and extended stays.

A dedicated kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare meals at your own pace. Whether it’s a quick breakfast before heading out or a relaxed dinner at the dining table, the space supports everyday cooking and gathering without feeling rushed.

The property includes elevator access and a single-level layout with no stairs inside the home, making movement throughout the space easy. Free parking garage on premises and free street parking add convenience for guests traveling by car.
Location & surroundings
Set next to a body of water in Nuevo Vallarta, the condo blends greenery with coastal proximity. Shared beach access allows you to enjoy the nearby sands, while the surrounding area is known for its relaxed pace, tropical climate, and easy access to the shoreline along Banderas Bay.
Stays & flexibility
Long term stays are allowed, making the space well-suited for extended visits. A paid crib is also available for those traveling with young children.
Guest Access:
Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.
It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.
Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.
The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).
Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.
Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
The apartment is located on floor no._1_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.
The Neighborhood:
It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.
Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.
-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.
As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.
-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.
-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 4 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 * dlls extra per person per night.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.
-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.
-Electricity consumption
Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.
Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.
The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
