There are also luxurious spas and fully equipped gyms. Resort restaurants are first class and compare well with the best eateries in nearby Puerto Vallarta.

The Master Room studio suite is over 300 sq feet, features either a king-size bed or two double beds (your choice based on availability), one bathroom, one TV, a balcony slider window with a view, and daily maid services.

Centrally located within the resort with easy access to shopping, pools, beach, restaurants, spas, gym facilities, golf, tennis and nightly entertainment provided by the resort.

Mayan Palace guests enjoy their own Brio Fitness Center and Studio Business Center just off of the lobby and a stunning pool overlooking the Bay of Banderas. Beautiful beach and large swimming pools, with swim up bar, to swim or sit around and enjoy the warm sun.

This unit has no kitchen a small under counter fridge and a coffee pot in room. This unit is a perfect supplementary room when staying on site with a larger group, or an affordable safe comfortable home base while exploring the local area and restaurants, with the flexibility to enjoy on and off property activities and excursions!

A resort fee and local hotel tax is charged per day, by the resort. Renter Must be 21 years of age and a valid credit card and photo id will be needed check in.

Once you book your vacation, you can arrange transportation from the airport to the resort by following the information sent to you in your confirmation email or visiting the following site: shuttleservices.vidanta.com. At this site, you will be able to reserve your transportation using your reservation number. A confirmation slip will then be emailed to you directly from the transportation company once they’ve reviewed and accepted your request.

Vidanta takes great care to create safe, healthy environments for their guests. They provide purified water and bottled water in all rooms (for a small fee) and Vidanta uses purified water in all the restaurants. If additional bottled water is needed/preferred there is an onsite shopping counter steps away within the Mayan Palace.

Every night, Santuario boasts a different assortment of astounding acts, from traditional dance, to jazz, to singers, to acrobatics, and live art preparation. Guests can enjoy these performances on the main lounge, or relax with a drink prepared by Santuario’s expert mixologists on any of the many side lounges or terraces. And after the acts wrap up for the night, a DJ mixes live music until close.

Bring light to your stay at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta with The Lake Show. Every 30 minutes, after sunset, the lake of La Cantina and Gong has an impressive display of lights, fountains, special effects and music. In addition, each show is different, so you can come night after night to enjoy the spectacular views.

Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
